Pricing is based on how many times you want to attend. Most training gains are seen with a 3x a week program for 4-6 weeks. If you can only come 2x a week, results may take longer (6-8 weeks), this is due to the body taking longer to adapt to the training regiman. The prices below reflect per month usage. Half down payment is required prior to class starting.

Coach mentoring: learn how to program and design your strength and conditioning program. $100/hr with demonstrations and taking athletes through the workout.
Team Training is also available and is at a discount depending on how many members of the team attend.
Five - Nine Players - $12 per player per session
Ten - Fifteen Players - $10 per player per session
ONE ON ONE SPORT SPECIFIC TRAINING = AN HOUR TO AN HOUR IN A HALF OF TRAINING SPECIFICALLY FOR YOUR SPORT. WHETHER YOU ARE TRYING TO LEARN OLYMPIC LIFTING OR WANTING TO BECOME FASTER.

SPEED AND CORE CLASS: Emphasis on speed training using multiple methods to gain quickness, agility and straight ahead speed. Core conditioning is also involved. Core movements are the base of strength in any sport. SPARQ ratings are also covered and noted as well. Testing takes place every 4-6 weeks.
VERTICAL POWER AND AGILITY CLASS: Great for volleyball players, basketball player, and any sport involving jumping. This class covers jump training in a safe manner increasing vertical power. Also covered is lateral agility and movement patterns for a more efficient athlete!
JUNIOR SPEED: Speed and agility class for athletes in 5th,6th,7th,8th, and 9th grade. Technique work to make an athlete faster and more agile are taught. Core development is also a priority to make the athlete stronger. A bodyweight lifting prgram will also be introduced if the athlete is ready.
ELITE SPEED: This class is for the athlete in hgih school/college looking to get faster. Technique is applied to make sure the athlete is running correctly. Agility and core training is also a focus for the athlete. Weight training plans are available and implemented after two weeks of training
STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING: This class is great for anyone looking to learn how to lift correctly. progress in their current program or just be a better athlete. This class has a minimum age requirement of 13 and is great for athletes learning how to do olympic lifts prior to high school. Conditioning is also covered for athletes
COMBINE TRAINING: For athletes attending combines, this class is for YOU! Come discover the secrets to beating the combine tests. Specifically the 10 yard and 40 yard dash, pro agility, and the vertical jump. Call for times.
